Our Education Program
Sturt’s extensive annual education program creates opportunities for people of all ages and skill levels. With a structured program at its core, Sturt enables students to hone their creative and technical abilities across a variety of art and design mediums.
Our Courses
Through our 1-year full-time course MSF40222 Certificate IV in Furniture Design and Manufacturing at the world class Sturt School for Wood, we’ve produced some of the most highly-regarded woodworkers and furniture makers working in Australia today. We also offer:
- Short courses (usually over a weekend) during the year in a variety of mediums
- An annual residential Winter and Summer School
- Weekly term classes in ceramics, fine woodworking, jewellery/metalwork and weaving.
