10 Narratives in print and book with Glen Skien

Use personal narratives as the platform for completing a series of works, incorporating various print mediums, that will be hand-bound into a book structure. You will be introduced to a variety of printmaking methods including dry-point etching, monotypes and polyplate lithography as well as book binding components including various binding methods that will allow for print works to be formulated into a book.
Glen Skien is highly respected within the national printmaking community. Renowned for the delicacy and sensitivity of his images, Glen’s work has lyrical narrative. With over 25 years’ experience, Glen has exhibited widely with work held in public and private collections throughout Australia and Japan and has extensive teaching experience, including lecturing at Griffith University, QLD.
